Alistair Rock

Mr. Alistair Rock is a senior advisor to TriVeum.  He is a trusted strategic consultant in national healthcare technology and mergers and acquisitions, with proven results in creating value for the bottom line while increasing capital and revenue streams.

Alistair is a global executive, serial technology entrepreneur, management consultant, and investment banker, having been the combination of CEO/President of 6 HiTech companies, and CFO/COO/CMO/CSO of another two.  In addition, Mr. Rock was Managing Director of two national private equity investment banking and consulting advisories (Renaissance Partners and Headwaters MB/SC).  He is also a recipient of the 2019 Idaho Business Review, Excellence in Finance, award.  During his career Mr. Rock has advised on over $45 Billion of M&A deals and has an extensive executive network having worked in over 30 countries on 6 continents.

From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Rock was a member of an 8 person Executive Management Team for Highmark, Inc., an independent licensee of Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Highmark, is one of the largest health insurers in the nation with over 20 million customers nationwide, 20,000 employees, and annual revenue in excess of $13 billion.  During that time, he also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of eBDS, a 250 employee, national healthcare technology solutions provider, which was a subsidiary of Highmark Inc. In this role, Mr. Rock grew the company nationally to be one of the largest healthcare technology providers in the nation with over 1 million members in CDHP plans, and transformed the company valuation from the acquisition price of $10M up to 250M in 18 months.

Since graduating from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper Business School in 2006, Mr. Rock has been mainly focused on HIT (healthcare information technology) but also has deep experience in FinTech, HrTech, and Supply Chain Technology, all leveraging the power of big data into AI/Machine Learning. Previous to that he worked for two British Global conglomerates, the BOC Group and Marconi PLC, where he held a variety of executive positions and was fortunate enough to have worked in over 30 countries on six continents. He has three wonderful children Bella, Sienna and Alistair Jnr., massively enjoys multiple sports and is an ex international rugby player having competed in the 1998, International Hong Kong Tens Tournament.
